Hi, I’m Jessica.

I'm an Australian trained naturopath, nutritionist and herbalist with a passion for big picture thinking, understanding how things work and cooking delicious nutritionally packed food!

My goal is to educate and inspire others to make the best choices for their health by arming them with the knowledge to do so.

This course has important concepts to understand when following a plant based diet, broken down into bite sized modules.
